Music + Neuroplasticity:
Rewiring the Adolescent Brain to Treat Mental Health Disorders

Resources
Throughout my MYP project, I came across many amazing resources, some of which have helped me hugely. One of my favourite resources was certified music therapist Jennifer Buchanan's book on music therapy, Tune in: A Music Therapy Approach to Life: Use Music Intentionally to Curb Stress, Boost Morale, and Restore Health. This book has truly been an insight, and I will never forget the information I've learned from it.
A huge, heartfelt thank-you to my three awesome advisors: David Henning, Dr. Susan Summers, and Jennifer Buchanan. Thank you for inspiring me, Lynn Williams, Suzanne Fulton, Alisa Collins, Alison Nixon, Audrey Nodwell, Corbin Keep, Reneé Fleming, and Nancy Hermiston!
